WEST LONDON MASONIC CENTRE DELIVER ELEVEN THOUSAND MEALS AND STILL COUNTING
After producing over 10,000 meals during the first Lockdown, the West London Masonic Centre team sprang back into action when the second Lockdown began in November.
They continued to produce hundreds of meals daily to support vulnerable and disadvantaged families in West London – again funded by grants from the Metropolitan Grand Lodge and the London Province of Mark Master Masons.
Food has been distributed by Ealing Community COVID19 Group, Westside Young People’s Centre (Ealing), Grove Community Project, Indian Gymkhana and Kang Charity.
We paid them a visit on a day when 300 biryanis were distributed to homeless people in slough by Kang Charity. Eddy Kirk, videographer in the Metropolitan Grand Lodge Communications Team captured the occasion for you to see for yourself.
